II — The Artisan

A floor is the only thing in your home you stand on every day.

Randy has been making them for thirty years —longer than most contractors have been in business. He runs the shop with Jennifer, who keeps the showroom side of the business and helps clients see a floor in the room it’ll live in.

“Take the time to learn what you’re getting. You’ll be the one who lives here.”

IV — Process

Three steps.
No surprises.

Long projects deserve simple processes. Here’s exactly what working with us looks like.

Step 01

Discovery

We talk about your needs. How you live, talk through what you’re after and what possibilities are. You’ll leave with a clear sense of your options and what they cost.

Step 02

Material & sample

We visit your space. Confirm that the plan works. Species, cut, color, and finish chosen together. Nothing committed until you’re sure.

Step 03

The build

Randy and his crew install on a clear schedule, respectful to your home and your space. We hand it back cleaner with care notes and a number you can call.

V — Said About Us

The floors are incredible. They are what people comment on — over and over.

— Jodee, Port Angeles

“Van Dyke Flooring did an outstanding job on my floors. I have light ash hardwood and wanted to go dark brown. Randy and his crew made my vision a reality. I am so pleased with the color change! I also had an island removed that left a hole in the flooring. He was able to patch the hole and you would never know it was there! Fast and efficient.”
— Tami, Port Angeles
“A last minute decision to sand and finish our hardwood floors before listing our house for sale led to Van Dyke Flooring. They squeezed us in between other appointments very quickly. Work was professional and excellent. MANY comments from brokers and potential buyers about the floors. House sold in 6 days after listing and I credit the beautiful flooring. Highly recommend.”
